WHY DID YOU BECOME A HAIRSTYLIST:
Short Women’s Haircuts, Men’s fades and Creative Coloring
Coming from a family of hairdressers, I was set up for success early on. After beauty school, I completed a year long apprenticeship at Spalon Montage. I quickly realized that the only way I can become the best is to constantly educate myself, so that is what I did. I worked as an educator for Sebastian Professional, which focuses on hairdressing and hair cutting techniques. Soon after Sebastian I became national color educator for Wella Professional color, where I travel the nation teaching trends and color techniques to stylists in the salon and on the stage. I have done over 20+ stage shows and taught countless classes. I have worked with a variety of top stylists from LA to NYC. Prior to the hair district, I held the position of Artistic Director for a large salon. When it comes to hair cutting, I would say my style is progressive yet contemporary. When it comes to my clients, the only way I can be successful is to listen to your needs and past experiences so that I can truly understand what is best for you.
